Copyright Policy (DMCA Notice)

PremLogin respects all intellectual property and strictly complies with Hong Kong's Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512) and the EU Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive, with reference to Taiwan's Copyright Act and other laws applicable in the regions we serve. This Copyright Policy explains our stance on copyright and our infringement-notice and handling procedures.

① Our Basic Position

The subscription-sharing service PremLogin provides has the following copyright attributes:

• We do not host, transmit or distribute any copyright-protected video, music or software content
• We only provide shared access to legitimately purchased SaaS platform accounts
• The content copyright of Netflix / Spotify / Disney+ etc. belongs to those platforms and their creators
• Watching / listening to / using content via our accounts is deemed to create a contractual relationship between you and the official SaaS platform

② Prohibited User Conduct

When using our service, you may not engage in the following infringing acts:

• Downloading, recording, re-filming or clipping Netflix / Disney+ streaming content
• Redistributing video content to BT / torrent sites / cloud-drive sharing
• Commercial public performance (e.g. cafés, restaurants, offices)
• Selling ChatGPT / Claude generated content claimed as original
• Screenshotting or saving paid content for commercial use

Violators will have service terminated immediately; we reserve the right to prosecute, and the user bears the legal liability for infringement.

③ DMCA Infringement-Notice Procedure

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe our platform or a user has infringed your copyright, submit a notice to copyright@premlogin.com per the following:

The notice should include:

1. Owner identity: name, address, email, phone, signature (e-signature accepted)
2. Description of the work: title of the infringed work, registration number (if any)
3. Location: the URL or description of the specific infringing content on our platform
4. Good-faith statement: that you "genuinely believe" the use is unauthorized
5. Accuracy statement: that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized agent (perjury carries liability)

④ Our Handling Process

After receiving a valid notice, within 3 business days we will:

1. Preliminarily review the notice for completeness
2. Remove or block the infringing content
3. Notify the accused user and offer a counter-notice opportunity
4. Suspend or terminate the account depending on severity

⑤ Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was wrongly flagged, you may submit a counter-notice within 14 days of receiving the notice to copyright@premlogin.com, including:

• Your identity information and signature
• A description and location of the removed content
• A good-faith statement of mistake or misidentification
• Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court or your local court

⑥ Repeat Infringers

We apply a strict policy to repeat infringers:

• 1st time: warning + content removal
• 2nd time: 30-day account suspension
• 3rd time: permanent account suspension and blacklisting

⑦ Trademark Protection

The trademarks of each SaaS platform (Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe products, which does not constitute trademark infringement. If an owner believes the usage is improper, please contact us to negotiate changes.
